Hose/pipe connection

Membro submersible pumps feature a threaded outlet which can be easily connected to a 3/4 inch hose or pipe using a coupling provided with each pump.

The required submersion depth can be achieved by attaching a nylon suspension rope (provided) to the pump's two brackets.

Electrical connection

Membro pumps are supplied with 15m power cable connecting to the AC 230V 50Hz electrical supply. The power rating of 220W/225W make both models very energy efficient. They can also be connected to a battery or solar module via a 50Hz sine wave inverter.

All Membro pumps are equipped with a built-in thermal protection switch, which will stop the pump in the event of overheating due to running dry or insufficient submersion.
